Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level). In this role, you'll be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Stock shelves, perform cashier duties, and maintain a clean store environment
• Contribute insights on products, inventory, and operational aspects
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Basic understanding of company policies and procedures
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience a plus
