Position: Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Salary: $17.50 per hour

As a Store Associate at Aldi, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Enhance the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and collaborating with the ALDI team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly to store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies, ensure document security and confidentiality.

• Stock merchandise, move up to 45 pounds, and perform cleaning duties.
• Expect to sit, stand, bend, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk around the store.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register and equipment efficiently and safely.
• Interpret and apply company policies accurately.
• Communicate effectively, work independently or in a team, and stay organized.

• High School Diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
