Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the store to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Follow company policies, maintain data security, and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently and safely.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
