Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is kept clean and organized. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, collaborating with team members, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain attractive merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and communicating effectively with the team and management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of following company policies, cleaning standards, and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask efficiently.
• Meet local requirements for alcohol sales if applicable.
