Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the overall operations of the store.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and follow company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and follow company policies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
