Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the store by stocking shelves, merchandise displays, and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management by participating in store inventory counts and monitoring inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring the security and confidentiality of documents and data.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to work independently and within a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
