Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate in an entry-level position. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team. This position offers a starting wage of $17.00 per hour and requires an average of 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory management tasks and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Operate cash registers and equipment following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and work efficiently in a retail environment.
• Demonstrate good communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred.
