Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) at Aldi, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean store environment. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and ensure merchandise displays are neat.
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and maintain document security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
