Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and stock shelves.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and report to store management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
