Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with team members, assist customers, and contribute to maintaining a positive shopping experience. This position offers competitive pay starting at $18.00 per hour for 32-40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate and embody the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure proper product display.
- Offer outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and customer issues.
- Support inventory counts and cash handling procedures.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and retail equipment.
- Capable of performing physical tasks like stocking and lifting up to 45 pounds.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
