Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, performing cashier duties, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
