Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products efficiently and maintain a clean store environment.
• Operate cash registers, assist customers, and provide outstanding customer service.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and contribute to inventory management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate necessary equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Capability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
