Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customers receive exceptional service, and products are neatly displayed. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean shopping environment.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Conduct inventory counts and report any issues to management.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in cash register operations and equipment handling.
- Capable of physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
