Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store maintains high standards of merchandising, customer service, and cleanliness. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills) as outlined for the role.
• Perform cashiering, general cleaning, and stocking responsibilities.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating with team members and store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain accuracy in store operations.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in retail environment is a plus.
