Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store environment.
• Provide outstanding customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Stock shelves, monitor inventory, and follow company policies and procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently while upholding store standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
