Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, ensuring exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products, operate the cash register, and maintain cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational improvements.
• Follow company policies and procedures while upholding security standards.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Maintain a high level of organization, attention to detail, and follow instructions.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
