Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and follow company guidelines.
• Assist customers with purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.
• Conduct inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• Capable of performing physical tasks, such as stocking shelves and lifting items.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
