Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join ALDI, where you will play a vital role in maintaining store operations and providing exceptional customer service. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring the store environment is clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain neat merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies
• Operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
