Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will provide outstanding customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining security and confidentiality
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
