Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) required for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy in monitoring stock.
• Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses and uphold company procedures.
• Adhere to company policies, maintain document security, and confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Effective customer service and cash handling skills.
• Proficiency in operating equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
