Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join ALDI, a leading retail company. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for customers.

• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Operate cash register and equipment efficiently and safely.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
