Job Description
As a Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the store operates smoothly and provides exceptional customer service. Working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Professional Skills to provide exceptional customer service.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and customer issues.
- Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
- Capable of following company policies and procedures effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
