Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You'll collaborate with the ALDI team and uphold high standards of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in cash register operations.
- Ability to operate store equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail work experience is advantageous.
- Understanding of retail operations is a plus.
