Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and supporting the overall operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays to ensure a neat and organized store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to support continuous improvement.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
