Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the appearance of the store, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the Aldi team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products.
• Operate the cash register and provide efficient and accurate service to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Proficiency in operating equipment and handling merchandise.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and within a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
