Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to the management.
• Conduct store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies, minimize losses, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to maintain store cleanliness and follow company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and the capability to work independently or within a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail work experience.
