Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and assist customers.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Adhere to cash policies, conduct inventory counts, and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge and experience in a retail environment.
