Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. You'll collaborate with team members to maintain a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays according to company standards.

• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy of stock levels.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
