Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Merchandise and stock products on shelves.
- Operate cash register and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Contribute to inventory management and adhere to company policies.
- Handle cash transactions following established procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of operating retail equipment efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
