Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills to fulfill the role.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Capability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous retail experience (preferred).
- Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
