Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with team members to provide exceptional service. If you are customer-oriented, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a retail environment, this position is for you.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
- Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Follow cash policies and company procedures to prevent losses.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficiently operate a cash register and various equipment.
- Follow company policies and procedures, maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
