Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized, fully stocked, and provides exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products efficiently.
• Execute cashier duties and maintain a clean store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and deliver excellent customer service.
• Provide feedback to management on product issues and inventory.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous work experience in retail is a plus.
