Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, maintaining product displays, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
