Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi's team in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the store's appearance. As a Store Associate, you will collaborate with team members, stock shelves, assist customers, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain neat displays.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service and communicate effectively with the team.
• Contribute feedback to management on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 18 years or older to be employed.
• Operate a cash register and equipment efficiently and safely.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred with retail experience as a plus.
