Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, uphold exceptional customer service standards, and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities

- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, maintain displays, and provide top-notch customer service.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Give feedback on products, inventory, and contribute to inventory counts.
- Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in cashier operations and equipment handling.
- Capable of working independently or in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is beneficial.
