Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store is well-organized, our shelves are stocked, and our customers receive exceptional service. This position offers an hourly wage of $16.00 and the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products accurately and neatly
• Operate a cash register efficiently and provide excellent customer service
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Follow company policies and procedures, including inventory management

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Demonstrated ability to provide courteous customer service
• Experience in retail is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds
