Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your collaboration with team members and dedication to customer satisfaction are key to enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor accuracy
• Adhere to company policies and uphold security measures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and perform general cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Prior retail experience preferred
