Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining a well-stocked and organized store, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays with precision and care.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide excellent service.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and retail equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
