Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately and neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Follow company policies and procedures while upholding security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
