Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers. Collaborate with team members and management to ensure store operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays according to company standards
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
