Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.
• Ensure store cleanliness and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment safely.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with prior retail experience beneficial.
