Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store operates smoothly and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to create a welcoming shopping environment for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to uphold the store's standards and provide outstanding customer service.
- Stock shelves, maintain displays, and ensure product organization.
- Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
- Follow company policies and procedures for inventory management and loss prevention.
- Assist in store inventory counts and contribute to maintaining accurate stock levels.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Operational knowledge of equipment used in the retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is advantageous.
- Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
