Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional customer shopping experience by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store. Collaborate with our team to provide top-notch customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Work independently and within a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
