Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. You will collaborate with team members to maintain the store's appearance and provide assistance to customers, enhancing their shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and assist with merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment efficiently and safely.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus.
