Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi, where you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating with team members.
• Communicate effectively with store management and provide feedback on products and inventory.
• Follow cash handling policies, company procedures, and maintain document security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Experience in retail operations and general cleaning tasks is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Previous retail work experience is beneficial.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
