Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by ensuring the store is well-kept and providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to maintain merchandise displays, process purchases, and contribute to an efficient store operation.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses and comply with company procedures.

Physical Demands

• Stock merchandise and place products on shelves weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Perform various physical tasks around the store.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Knowledge of equipment operation and cleaning procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
