In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional customer service, merchandise stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company procedures and maintain store security

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail work experience is a plus
