Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to ensure high-quality service and support the store operations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professional behaviors and competencies as outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of performing cleaning duties and following company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is an advantage.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
