Job Description

As a Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to uphold our high standards.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and professionalism in all aspects of the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Efficiently handle equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and equivalent experience is considered.
