Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide outstanding customer service.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
• Experience in retail environment preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
